NG ARCHITECTURE GALATA OFFICE BUILDING

NG ARCHITECTURE - a Worldwide Architectural Design Co.- Istanbul Office Building owned by NABIL GHOLAM.  In Galata, Beyoglu, Istanbul, the existing-hundred year old building consisted of one basement + one ground floor + four normal floors and a partial roof.  The 6-stories are made of brick masonry and partially reinforced concrete skeleton.   Our retrofitting design was based on renewing the foundation and the basement, with retrofitting the masonry of the upper floors by addition of composite curtain walls.

The architectural renovation project design of the building belongs to NG Architecture. NG Architecture is an international architectural design company, which has done significant projects all around the world. It had offices in Madrid and Beirut. The third office has been planned to be located in Istanbul.

The company, than postponed his plans for the Head-office in İstanbul due the heavy regulations and permissions in application.
