TURK NIPPON INSURANCE Co. - GENERAL MANAGEMENT BUILDING

This project is The Construction of Turk Nippon Insurance General Management Building (which was later bought by EUREKA INSURANCE). The reinforced concrete building has three basement floors under the ground level, and two separate upper blocks; and was built in exposed concrete style, with curtain wall facades of different material combinations.

Neighboring a busy street in the front and other buildings on the sides; The construction necessitated bored piles and anchored curtain walls in order to construct basement floors down to 11,00 mt deep.

The construction started in July 1993 and completed in August 1996. The last B.o.Q. of the work summed up to 4,000,000.USD. It is located in Altunizade, Uskudar, Istanbul.
